The matador is legendary in many Spanish-speaking countries. He embodies boldness, inspiration and bravery. When he engages the bull, he often boastfully proclaims "Ole’" to the roaring cheers of the crowd. That declaration of self, of life, of victory in the moment is to be celebrated. Combine that with the adrenaline fueled by the anticipation of what’s to come. That is bold exhilaration. Salacious. That is the foundation of Tacos Olé.
About the Owners
Jesse and Yokima met just 5 years ago in Houston. From the start, their love of food was a common denominator. When the job market shrank, they made the decision to stand their ground. They never set out to make it big. They only set out fulfill their purpose of inspiring and making people happy through food and fellowship.
Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do. – Ecclesiastes 9:7
